Where's my invoice?
  Looking for your invoice?

If you're a registered member, you will be able to view/print all of your past invoices under the My Account link in the black footer at the bottom of any page.

If you checked out as a guest, you will receive a paper copy of the invoice with your shipment.
Has my order shipped?
  Wondering where your stuff is? Click the "My Account" link under ACCOUNT in the black footer at the bottom of our site to check the status of your order.  Then click on Review Order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Need to make a change or cancel your order? Click the "My Account" link under ACCOUNT in the black footer at the bottom of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. PLEASE NOTE that once an order has begun processing, the order is no longer eligible for changes or cancellation. This happens every business day between 9 and 11am each morning PST.
Also if you used Paypal, your funds will be captured immediately and your order cannot be changed once this occurs.
How do I track my order?
  Eager to track the progress of your shipment? Click the "My Account" link under ACCOUNT in the black footer at the bottom of our site to track your order. Please note that shipping time estimates are dated from when your order ships, not when it is placed. Tracking is only available once a parcel has left our shop. Remember that we make most items to order, so we thank you in advance for your patience.
Help! My stuff never arrived.
  Never received your stuff? Click the "My Account" link under ACCOUNT in the black footer at the bottom of our site to track your order status. If you order has been shipped and displays your a tracking number, check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered" but you haven't seen it, please contact us here for assistance.

When will my order ship?
  Please see the individual item page for more information on the availability of each product. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link under ACCOUNT in the black footer at the bottom of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Turnaround times depend on the size of your order and the amount of orders in front of yours at any given time. Retail orders typically take from 1-4 days to ship. Wholesale orders take between 1-4 weeks. We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.
