I've ordered from Glasswear Studios many times in the past. I'd recently ordered a pair of these for my conch stretch, and I ended up ordering a length that was too short. I called and spoke with Amanda to get advice on the right length. I placed my order, and the next business day Amanda emailed me to verify that I'd purchased the right thing (and it turned out I'd chosen the wrong type of flare). For her to take the time to go over orders, remember our conversation from before, and contact me to make sure that what I'd ordered was actually what I wanted was incredible. And the new jewelry length is perfect. I love the ovals, and I'll definitely be buying another pair - with the correct specs this time. Thank you!!
