| I was registered on the old website - does my login still work? | |
| No, unfortunately it does not. This is a new website platform, so you'll need to re-register for this site (but trust us, it's worth it). |

| How do I create an account? | |
| 1) Click the "My Account" link in the black footer at the bottom of our site under ACCOUNT . 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then, simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. If you are a wholesale client we will contact you in a few days to confirm and finalize your account set-up. We highly suggest signing up for our newsletter. We will be sending out 1 to 3 emails per month. They'll alert you of new product/design launches, sales/discount coupons and important info about GwS jewelry. Hear it from us first - our newsletter will be the first place any information will be released (before Facebook, Twitter or Instagram). Some coupons will be EXCLUSIVE to our newsletter, and not advertised on social media. Don't want to miss out, do you? |
