Our Concave/T-back Opal Labrets are black in color with your chosen synthetic (Lab Grown) White opal shape encased inside. Comes with an oring to keep the jewelry in place. If you prefer to wear your jewelry without an oring, please select one size shorter in the "Wearing Surface" dropdown. Ask your local piercer if you do not know what length you need.

This is a special kind of opal that is compatible with borosillicate glass. Real opal contains water and will cause the glass to crack. Other synthetic opal that is set in metal is plastic or resin based and will melt when used in glass.
