If you feel that your shipping estimate is abnormally expensive, please contact us and copy and paste, screen shot or include any info we may need. As this site is new, there may be some adjustments to the shipping programing to account for weight and value charged accrued to us by our shipping carrier. We appreciate your feedback so that we can correct any programming bugs in shipping estimation. If your order is very large the website may not account for proper weight and insurance accurately because many items weigh less than the minimum .01 lbs. If this occurs we will contact you with how we will proceed.

If you are shipping via UPS to a non USA location, expect to pay over $80. We highly suggest USPS for locations outside the USA.

First Class Mail Package:Estimated transit 2-8 days depending on location (Note that this service has NO insurance and NO tracking).
Priority Mail Flat Rate: Estimated transit 1-3 days depending on location.

Ground: Business only. Transit time 1-5 business days (3-7 days to HI and AK), delivery available Mon.-Fri.
Home Delivery:Residential only. Transit time 1-5 business days (3-7 days to HI and AK), delivery between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Tues.–Sat.
2Day: Second business day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 8 p.m.to residences). Delivery in 3 business days to HI and AK.
Standard Overnight: Delivery the next business day in the afternoon by 3 p.m. to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).
International Economy: Cost-effective delivery typically in 2–5 business days, to more than 215 countries and territories.

When you buy goods from foreign sources, you become the importer. And it is the importer - in this case, YOU - who is responsible for assuring that the goods comply with a variety of both state and federal government import regulations.And you are responsible to pay for all Fees and Duties.

Our turnaround time on RETAIL orders is usually 1-5 days. Our turnaround time for WHOLESALE orders is between 1-4 weeks, depending on the size of your order and time of year. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. All of our jewelry is handmade, so thank you in advance for your patience.
