Our Oval Labrets come with a slightly curved back for a very comfortable fit. Sized by their round equivalent. Please understand there is a size tolerance of +-0.5mm. Comes with an oring to keep the jewelry in place. If you prefer to wear your jewelry without an oring, please select one size shorter in the "Wearing Surface" dropdown. Ask your local piercer if you do not know what length you need.
