Our Nostril Screw Retainers have a small flat flare on one side and your choice of bend options: left, straight, & right. Straight bends can be worn in either nostril, left bends will fit comfortably in a right side (when looking from someone viewing your face) nostril piercing and vice versa.
Jewelry of this size is very fragile. Caution must be taken when wearing small gauge glass. It can break when a force is exerted on it. DO NOT wear during athletic or other physical activity where your piercing can be bumped.
