I didn’t get my items September 24, 2019 Reviewer: Avery Flores from Davis, CA United States   I didn’t receive my order. I reached out to customer service letting them know I didn’t receive my order and they apologized and said it would be resent to me. It’s been over a week since then and almost a month since I originally ordered and I still haven’t received my items. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. :( Was this review helpful to you?

Incorrect jewelry resolved May 14, 2019 Reviewer: Jaecyn from BREMERTON, WA United States   I initially received an incorrect pair of jewelry but after submitting a complaint, I received the correct jewelry and a postage paid envelope with which to return the incorrect jewelry, all in a very timely manner. Awesome!! September 4, 2018 Reviewer: Gwynneth Waters   Love the products, as always. The glass is perfectly clear and makes for some excellent holes in my ears. Also, the customer service is completely fantastic (I asked for some doodles on the packaging if the staff was so inclined, and I got a sick package with dinosaurs and mushrooms all over, which I now use to store my highlighters in) and I look forward to my next order.
