10mm, 5mm wearable June 19, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Meridian, ID United States   Most comfortable septum jewelry I own. The 5mm wearable is perfect. Maybe even 4mm wearable would be more comfortable. But 5mm is the smallest size offered. I tried it in the 6.5mm wearable, it wasn't as comfortable. The flares was rubbing on the nose a little bit. Flares on septum jewelry sucks, that's why silicone tunnels are far inferior. Was this review helpful to you?
