Our Sandstone Flesh Tone Nose Bones have a small flat flare on one side & a smaller ball flare on the other. Small flare most commonly used in nostril, cartilage, or lobe piercings. Large flare most commonly used in labret, philtrum, or monroe piercings. Matte finish is ONLY on the face of the flat flare.
