Our Tongue Retainers come with two orings to keep the jewelry in place. We suggest changing orings every 1-4 months. Most commonly used in tongue piercings. Jewelry of this size is very fragile. Caution must be taken when wearing small gauge glass. It can break when a force is exerted on it. DO NOT wear during athletic or other physical activity.
